2. CONDITIONS REQUIRED TO PLACE ORDER
To place orders on the Website, the Customer must be at least 18 years, have legal capacity and use the Website in accordance with these terms and conditions. The Client also guarantees the veracity and the exactitude of information which it provides.

3. APPLICABLE DUTY

4. STAGES OF THE ORDER
The ordering process online include at least the following steps:

5. VALIDATION OF THE ORDER

The Customer will have to provide to TELEMAQUE personal information which is necessary for him to identify the orders placed by the Customer. For the orders having been made in an anonymous way, the Customer may obtain and reach essential information relating to his orders while addressing providers in which payment was made anonymously.

7. TARIFFS AND PAYMENT
Product prices are quoted in Euro inclusive of VAT Any change in VAT rates will be automatically reflected on the price of the Products. 11. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
